Access to the Platform requires an active monthly or annual subscription in EUR. Prices are visible on inkos.me before checkout and include applicable VAT for consumers established in the EU.
A free 14-day trial is granted to first-time Studios. No payment method is charged until the trial ends. The Studio may cancel from the account panel at any time during the trial without incurring any charge.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length unless the Studio cancels at least 24 h before the renewal date. A reminder email is sent at least 7 days before the renewal for annual plans.
Consumers within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU may withdraw within 14 days of the initial subscription without justification, unless the service has already been fully performed with the consumer's prior consent. Withdrawal requests must be sent to founder@highlabs.tech. Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days.
For Studios acting in a business capacity, subscription fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in a signed order form. Prorated refunds may be granted at INKOS's sole discretion for material and repeated service outages.
INKOS may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change only applies to renewals after the notice period; ongoing subscription periods are not affected.
If a payment fails, INKOS re-attempts collection over 7 days. Continuing failure results in feature restriction and eventually cancellation. Data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule during that grace period.
All card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, subject to Stripe's own terms and PCI-DSS obligations. INKOS never stores full card details on its own servers.
