Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits statutory rights of consumers or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under §§ 309 no. 7 BGB (DE) and the Portuguese consumer-protection code.
Studios and their clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and licensing of content they upload. INKOS may remove content that breaches these Terms or is subject to a valid legal takedown request.
